We currently offer access to Fee Protection Insurance for our clients. Our Tax Investigations Service is fully backed by a fully underwritten Insurance Policy, which the practice has taken out with Abbey Tax Protection. We are able to make a claim in respect of the fees which we incur when we defend a client who is under investigation by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in respect of any of the following events:
- Self Assessment full enquiries
- Self Assessment aspect enquiries
- Corporation Tax full enquiries
- Corporation Tax aspect enquiries
- HMRC VAT disputes
- Schedule 36 enquiries
Business clients who subscribe to the Service also have access to a 24 hour telephone helpline to Employment, Health & Safety and Business Legal Advice.
